Individual & Group Coaching
We focus on your goals, challenges, and aspirations developing a personalized plan that yields lasting results. We’ll work to maximize your results by diving past surface-level hurdles and partnering with the Holy Spirit to identify and confront the root causes of each challenge. This customized approach allows you see your situation from God’s perspective, applying insights clarity to both your personal and professional life while confidently pursuing your purpose and destiny.
One-On-One Coaching sessions are most effective when held at least three (3) times per month. They are typically conducted in a series of 45-minute sessions, either in person or via videoconferencing.
Group Coaching sessions are most effective when held at least eight (8) weeks and are usually 1.5 hours long and conducted in person or via videoconferencing. Participants learn and grow together on key topics, addressing individual needs while striving for collective success. These sessions typically cost less and are scheduled only when three or four people attend.
Whether through group or individual coaching, we work closely with our clients to understand their current challenges and aspirations, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customized action plan to achieve their desired results.

What You Can Expect From Me
I help professional Christians realign with their authentic identity, fulfill their purpose, and live the life they deserve by providing them with the tools, support, and guidance needed to set and achieve their goals.
1. Individual and Group Coaching Sessions
Participants will engage in regular, personalized, or group coaching sessions with me to discuss their unique challenges and goals, and receive feedback and guidance on overcoming obstacles and achieving success.
2. Interactive Workshops/Webinars
Participants will join me for an interactive session that includes fun team-building activities, fosters creative thinking, and enhances communication or listening shills, while applying biblical principles to help them uncover God’s divine plan for their lives.
3. Actionable Strategies
Success doesn’t just happen; you MUST plan for it. Participants are asked to: Activate God’s Word of Transformation, Create a Life/Career Strategic Plan, Find an accountability partner or a Team of Life advisors, and Live a life filled with Gratitude.
4. Support and Guidance
Participants are reminded that they are not alone on this journey. They will meet with me weekly and can communicate 24 hours daily via email. They will also have access to our Facebook community for support in exploring their thoughts and gaining new insights.
5. Personalized Feedback
Participants will receive valuable feedback to support their spiritual, personal and professional growth and development.
