SESSIONS—Our sessions are most effective for at least eight (8) weeks and last 1.5 hours, online. From November 1st to December 20th.
This isn’t just another group where you talk about what you want to change. You’ll have the tools, support, accountability, and intentional conversations to help you actually move forward.

You’ll identify what needs to change, commit to specific actions, and have someone helping you stay focused, consistent, and moving forward. Because knowing what to do is one thing. Following through is another.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & BREAKTHROUGH—Stop letting old patterns dictate your future.
- Identify the beliefs, thought patterns, fears, and internal narratives that may be keeping you stuck or causing you to play small. Then develop practical strategies to move beyond them and take intentional action toward your goals.
