Our A LA Cart Service & Packages

Each event and client is unique and we believe our services should be as well. Therefore we customize and craft every package to best suit our clients based on their vision, needs, and budget.  We partner with several vendors but are not limited to; photographers, DJs, videographers; Caterers; Make-up artists; Bakers, and other entertainers.  And together, we will provide exceptional service not just to please our clients but to amaze them and ensure that this is truly one of the greatest days in their lives.

The Full Platinum Event Management package is our all-inclusive planning, design, and implementation service. Your  Party or wedding day is truly one of the greatest and most important days in your life and that day should reflect your celebration, not stress.  With that in mind, you will have full access to our event planning and logistics team; they will partner with you and craft a design for your dream wedding, fundraiser, or party while staying true to your budget.

  • 10 hours of services on the day of 1-2 Assistants needed depending on event size & setup. (Additional hours are available)

Our partnership usually starts at least a month prior to the client’s big day.  This package is designed for clients who have already completed most of their wedding or event plans such as selecting a venue and vendors. However, they desire a professional to execute and conduct last-minute coordination of their venue and vendors to bring their imagination to life and allow them to relax and enjoy the process of their important day. This service entails but is not limited to:

Vendors Management

  • Negotiating with vendors to keep event costs as low as possible
  • Organize vendor contracts and make sure everything gets signed and paid on time
  • 30 days, 2 weeks, and 5 days confirmation of all vendor services prior to your wedding/event which includes confirming arrival and set-up time, and onsite requirements
  • Providing vendors with program schedules for ceremonies, receptions, or parties. Follow-up email post-wedding to tie up any details

Final Touches

  • Final walk-through ceremony and reception location and have all questions answered with clarity.
  • Wedding day program and itinerary (Detailed timeline to ensure all vendors and bridal party members arrive at the scheduled time to ensure the wedding runs on time.)
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination and layout of the wedding ceremony with all bridal party members
  • Wedding day management including supervision of pre-ceremony activities, ceremony, and reception including wedding and reception timeline, and guest management

VE&A is excited and available on the day of your wedding or Event to coordinate and manage the event so everything goes off without a hitch. All you’ll have to worry about is enjoying yourself. Our Day-of management service starts as soon as you become our client. You will receive access to our extensive event planning and logistics team, who will begin gathering every detail you’ve planned and tie up all the loose ends before the big day. And together, we will create and implement your day of program schedule to ensure that this is your Best Day Ever.

With prep work complete and the Big Day finally arriving you can count on the VE&A team to be ready for action. We manage everything, from your rehearsal to all the Big Day details to ensure everything is running smoothly for you, your family, and your guests; allowing you to relax, sip some champagne, and be fully present to enjoy your day.
